I have 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts I need to boil so I can shred them to make Flautas. How long should I boil them?

I bought a package of Pilgrim’s Pride boneless skinless chicken breasts, they have an italian style marinade on them. The package has no cooking instructions, and their website wasn’t helpful. How would you suggest cooking the chicken?

I want to bake 6 frozen chicken breasts (about 4 lbs). I already have them in two baking pans with about 1/4″ of chicken broth in the bottom of each. The pans are covered in tin foil.
I’m unsure of what temperature to use and how long to bake them. They are still completely frozen.
Also, do I need to flip them over halfway through the baking time?
Thanks!

There are 3 breasts and they are kind of thick ones. I just put some seasoning on them and plan on baking them in the oven in a glass dish covered with tinfoil. What temp and how long should I bake these for?

Basically, I had a frozen pack of chicken breasts that I took out of the freezer to defrost in the fridge. I forget about them, and now has been a few days. I’m assuming they are not good to use anymore. Can I still use them?

The current recipe says to cook the bone-in chicken for 1 1/2 hours, but I know that I wouldn’t have to cook the boneless chicken breasts quite that long. Anyone know the conversion, so I don’t have to use my meat thermometer?

I have 7 boneless chicken breasts marinating (liquid) in a bag. What is the best way to cook them so they come out juicy? How long do they need to cook & at what temp? Thanks

I love eating chicken breasts cause they are healthy, but I’m getting kind of sick of the same old way I cook them so I’m looking for new ways to prepare them.

He’s having a problem with diarrhea and the vet suggested a diet of boiled chicken breasts and rice for 5 days. My question is how long should I boil (or maybe simmer?) the whole chicken breasts so that they are fully cooked? Should I cut them into smaller pieces before, so they cook faster? Any suggestions would be great =)
