How do I keep my breasts from popping out?

I have pretty strenuous athletic activities in school and I usually wear a t-shirt when I do. My problem is, my breasts keep popping out and I usually can’t just fix them and put them back in because they constantly pop out.
Buying a new bra isn’t really an option for me because it’s not within my current budget.
Do you have any ideas on how to keep them in place?
Please help me!
Uhmm… for all those who said I should use tape, how exactly do I put them on?
