How long after period do you start gaining weight and your breasts develop?

Im 15 and i have had my period for a little over a year. I was wondering when i will start gaining weight and having my breasts start to develop. I know some women have all of this before they get their period but my sister had it all happen after she got her period! Any guesstimates?
