What are some ways to get bigger breasts?

I’m 14 and I’m a A-cup. I’m skinny and I’m about 5ft 2. I want to get bigger breasts without taking pills or getting surgery. Anything I can do to make them bigger? Maybe to a size B? I know I’m still developing, but is there anything I can do to improve them? Any exercises? Any certain kinds of foods i should eat?
Everyone is skinny in my family and no matter how hard I try to put on weight, it doesn’t work. Anything I can do that doesn’t require gaining weight?
